I use a reliable and trusted courier for nationwide delivery. He is a one person service and may require assistance unloading from the van when delivering to you. If a two person delivery service is required, please advise at the time of purchasing, as an additional charge may be required.
Delivery charges for all furniture items are included in the selling price of your item. Paint items and accessories are subject to postage charges which will be applied at checkout.
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK only. If the delivery address is outside of this zone, please contact me for a quote.
Please unwrap and check items upon delivery. If there is any damage to the item please contact me immediately.
If you have changed your mind with respect to your item, you will have 14 days cooling off period in line with distance selling regulations, within which the item can be returned.
You will be responsible for paying any return delivery charges and packing costs and delivery costs are unfortunately non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe receipt.
Refunds are only issued if the item is returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging in tact. Please note that tailored, customised or commissioned items do not fall within these guidelines and are non refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Payments are accepted via credit and debit card or using Little Gecko Interiors gift vouchers.

Gift Vouchers expire one year from date of purchase and can be used as full or part payment for any purchase & do not have to be used in full at any one time.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
If a product is returned to us, in the case of furniture paint, it must be unopened and in its original packaging and it may be exchanged for an alternative colour. Alternatively, the value will be refunded back onto the Gift Voucher, or a new Gift Voucher will be issued.
Any bespoke furniture commissions are non- refundable unless they arrive damaged beyond repair. Such requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Offer codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
