The House of UP of course :0)
So very excited to be accepted as a member into The House of Upcycling, an industry Partner of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) and champion of designer upcycling.
There couldn’t be a better time for me personally to join and be part of this exciting industry, promoting a more environmental and sustainable lifestyle with each and every piece of furniture I re-style and upcycle.
With a wide ranging portfolio of institutes, design schools, sustainability leaders and interior designers, the House of Upcycling also takes part in many events, Grand Designs Live, Clerkenwell Design Week, and Design London to name just a few.
Most importantly, it spreads the word about the environmental, ethical and aesthetic elements of the industry and campaigns for the high standards and status of professional upcycling.
No wonder I did my happy dance, several times actually, when I heard the news!
I really am honoured to be in such good company and excited to see where this creative path may lead me.
Quite the start for the New Year so I think I’d better fasten my seat belt, it could be a busy one!

This is great news, congratulations ❤️
